2011 Summer Camp
For the second year SBSA partnered with the CNIB offering a day of sports at the CNIB Camp.
Unfortunately, Camp Eye Spy was cancelled due to lack of interest.
Camp Eye Spy is a six day, overnight summer camp for youth aged 10 to 16 who are blind or partially sighted. The camp was a great opportunity for youth who are blind or partially sighted to interact and have fun with other youth from all over the province. It also gave campers the chance to experience the outdoors and participate in a number of different activities, including: rock climbing, , sports such as goalball, bowling, curling, golf, swimming and archery, arts & crafts, nature hikes, and much more. Camp Eye Spy is held at Arlington Beach Camp on Last Mountain Lake.
For more information on how you can be a member of next year's summer camp please contact the CNIB office.
